Got fresh fruit? Then you’ve also got bubbly sodas, sweet meads, and lightly alcoholic wines! Join Shawn for this introductory workshop in the art of fermented beverages. You’ll learn foolproof methods for transforming fruit juice, sweet tea, and more into bubbling brews at home, using items you probably already have in your kitchen. No prior experience necessary. Let’s drink to that!
