Dr. Patricia Simmons highlights how science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines and STEM education can promote our understanding of the natural world. For more than three decades, she has worked to advance learning and teaching initiatives and partnerships at K12 through university levels, informal science institutions, a non-profit organization, and a federal agency. She has served as President/Chair of scientific and education professional organizations.
