Howard Luckey is a Gardener (Advanced) at the U.S. Botanic Garden, working on the Horticulture Exhibits and Displays team. A native of Washington, D.C., he has been in the agriculture/horticulture field since 2015. Howard attended West Virginia University where he received a B.S. in Agribusiness Management and a Minor in Horticulture. He began his professional career in Ohio, where he produced annuals at a large commercial production company for stores in the Mid-Atlantic. Howard returned to the D.C. area, where he worked as the field manager for a large tree farm for two years and then returned to greenhouse work, joining the U.S. Botanic Garden.
