About the presenters

Angela Weber-Hetrick is the Horticulture Gardens & Grounds team supervisor at the United States Botanic Garden. She oversees the outdoor USBG collections, including the Kitchen Garden, Rose Garden, and the native Mid-Atlantic trees and plants in the gated outdoor gardens.

Melissa Westbrook is the Urban Forester at the Capitol Grounds and Arboretum. She uses her expertise to care for the diverse trees on the U.S. Capitol campus, including historic cherry blossoms and centuries-old oaks.
