On this occasion, George will be in the Conservatory Garden Court showing how to repot orchids. Stop by to strengthen or stretch your skill set!

About the presenter

George is a Gardener (Advanced) at the U.S. Botanic Garden (USBG), where his plant care includes the USBG orchid collection. He holds a degree in Biology with a focus in Ecology and Conservation and a master’s in applied plant sciences from the University of Minnesota. Before coming to the USBG, George previously served as the Orchid Horticultural Curator at the Atlanta Botanical Garden where he also developed educational programming and managed the Tropical High Elevation House.
