Explore Botanical Embroidery (On-site Drop-in Program)

Learn how to translate a plant-inspired line drawing into an embroidered botanical image. During this collaborative program with Washington Studio School, explore highlights from the Garden's plant collection, sketch some basic plant shapes, and convert your sketches to a stitch-drawing. No experience necessary. Free supplies while they last.

Please note: This is a drop-in experience and will be repeated several times over the course of the designated program time.
